Freshly Prepared

All salads are freshly prepared and hygienically packed for every order.

Same-Day Consumption

For the best taste, freshness and quality, salads should preferably be consumed on the same day.

Storage

Keep salads refrigerated if they are not consumed immediately. Avoid prolonged exposure to room temperature.

Allergies

Please inform us about any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order. Our products may contain or come into contact with nuts, seeds, dairy and other allergens.

Ingredient Availability

Ingredients are subject to seasonal availability. If an ingredient is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar fresh ingredient.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before preparation has started.

Delivery Time

Morning orders (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM) are delivered the same afternoon between 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM. Evening orders (5:30 PM – 10:00 PM) are delivered the next morning between 5:30 AM – 8:00 AM. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, location and order volume.

Delivery Area

Delivery is available only within 5 km of our preparation area in Ayanavaram, Chennai.

Areas Not Covered

We currently do not deliver outside our approved delivery radius / service area. Orders from locations outside the covered area will not be accepted.

No Dine-In

Bowl of Harvest is a delivery-only service. We do not offer dine-in or walk-in ordering.

Delivery Charges & Free Delivery

Delivery charges are based on distance from Ayanavaram. Free delivery is available subject to minimum salad order value. Add-ons and dressings are NOT counted towards the minimum order value for free delivery. Up to 2 km: FREE, no minimum. Up to 3 km: FREE when salads ≥ ₹299, else ₹20 charge. Up to 4 km: FREE when salads ≥ ₹399, else ₹25 charge. Up to 5 km: FREE when salads ≥ ₹499, else ₹30 charge. Orders beyond 5 km are not covered.

Quality Issues

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or quality-compromised order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photographs.

Refund / Replacement

Eligible complaints may be resolved through a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Perishable Product

As salads are fresh and perishable products, returns are generally not accepted.

Pricing

Menu prices may change depending on ingredient costs, seasonal availability and other operating costs.
